Rhys Arvidson gained his B.Mus. Honours from the University of Newcastle Conservatorium, studying organ with Dr. Philip Matthias. He also served as an Organ Scholar of Christchurch Cathedral, Newcastle for two years. Rhys is the Organist of St Peter's, Eastern Hill, an organist at St Francis', Lonsdale Street, and the conductor of the St Francis' Youth Choir.
